    So who's brewing this weekend?

    I'm bottling Black IPA, Maple Porter and Oatmeal Stout tomorrow. As soon as the equipment is clean and sanitized I'll start on another batch of Maple Porter with some fresh Maple Syrup from a local Sugar House in Central MA and a Black Lager.

    Brewed 5.5 gallons of Colonial Porter on 01-20-2013 Brewing a Black IPA tonight - all Chinook Hops. Got the idea from the "Brew Wizard" up in Keene NH. Bottle Conditioning: 5 gallons of Black Lager 5 Gallons of Oatmeal Stout

    Just put an Oatmeal Stout in the primary. Added a little espresso to kick it up a notch. This is my first brew day re-pitching yeast. Hope it turns out as good as it smelled on the stove...

    Brewing a couple of batches of wheat beer. One will get the Autumn Olives picked in my front yard, the other will get the blackberries harvested out of my "North Fourty" pasture.

    I started a batch of Black Bear IPA two weeks ago. Racked last weekend, going to rack again tomorrow. I have high hopes for this brew. 4 varieties of hops.

    Maibock - Left out 1/2 of the DME...

    Greetings, While boiling the wort for my first batch of Maibock, I seem to have only added 1/2 of the DME. My 10 year old Labrador Retriever had absconded with one of the packages. I read that I can use the Dried Malt Extract to prime on bottling day. Is this advisable? Thanks, Dan
