New guy to brewing here in Staunton, VA! Just bottled Homebrewery's American Lager Kit I received for Christmas. Everything going well as planned and just started a 5 gallon batch of Ed's Apfelwein. Looks to be great in a few months!

Just used the American Lager Kit from here for my first batch. Has been sitting in my primary for about a week now and so far so good! Good luck!
