Add Fruit / Whatever needed to Secondary
Top with Blow-Off and Secondary Ferment
Rack to Bottling Bucket
Boil 1-Cup Water and add Priming Sugar
Stir into Beer
Fill Bottles
Cap Bottles
Bottle-Condition 30+ Days
Drink and Enjoy!
Made a Cherry Wit with frozen cherries, added half to primary and half to secondary. Didn't cause any problems and tastes great.
