    Corny keg plastic gas dip tube leak

    The dip tube o-rings I get from my LHBS (not very local, 2 hours away!) have a square profile with little dips on the top, bottom and side. I know this link is to an oil seal site but the one on the right is the type that I get from my LHBS to replace the dip tube o-rings...

    After doing a little research, I think I may drill out the post and get a SS gas dip tube to use. It sounds as if the plastic dip tubes are not very reliable. I have ordered some o-rings from McMaster-Carr... we'll see if they fix the issue when they come in. Thanks for the help! Drew

    I am complete newbie to kegging, but I got a couple used, non-refurbed Corny kegs and I am having an issue with getting one of the kegs to seal properly. The issue is on the IN side of the tank, and from what I can tell the leak is caused by the standard o-ring not fitting well on the plastic...
