    The strainer at the bottom is easily clogged by pellet type hops in the boil. Otherwise I haven't had any trouble with my pot at all.

    I'm thinking about naming my brewery Flying Bike Brewing Company. I was going for a reference to building something that seems impossible but could be done. I'm torn due to the possible association to New Belgium. Thoughts or opinions?

    Selling Homebrew Recipes

    Interesting idea just came to mind! Maybe do a Brewery co-op that does 50% its beer, 50% collaborator beer. Might be a way to get great homebrewers some recognition. Thought?

    Anyone know the legality of selling/licensing a microbrewery a homebrew recipe of mine? I know their brewpub cannot sell my beer but I can't see why they couldn't use the recipe. Kind of a sudo-contract brew? Thoughts?

    Working on a new business venture with a couple of other brewers in Seattle to do beer catering. Basically we offer 4 different styles and sell them by the keg to private and corporate parties. What do you think of the idea?
