    berry sweet good doog treats

    This is a berry sweet mead (cyser) i am making, I'm an organic brewer so your results won't be the same as mine as i do not pasteurize. But i do encourage a trial batch. I used 13 different varieties (for balance/tannins) and just shy of 80 pounds so we'll say 75 lbs. Juice from 75 lbs...

    Gluten Free Blood Orange Hefe

    I've often carbed with sorghum rather than dextrose in my cyders and pearys, after eight weeks its present and plays very well with the aromas and flavors. I imagine in this recipe one might find great results with sorghum carbing. But I'm an experiment extremist so don't take my word for it.

    Growing inside

    You can clip/snip/cut the top of plants in the cannibanoid family to stunt growth but only once you've adjusted the lighting to a flowering schedule for atleast a week. Also the love being misted (unlike there cousins)
