You can certainly add the additional DME at this point (or any point, really), but if you're satisfied with your OG then there's really no need. Personally, I'd add it, as I like my stouts "hearty", but I can understand not wanting to mess with your batch, especially if it's one of your first.

Rinse mine off in the sink to get the bulk of the mess off, then toss it in the washer by itself with no soap on small load/delicate cycle. Pull it out of the washer and throw it on the line. Then spend ten minutes looking for it next brewday in my equipment box before remembering I left it on...
