For secondary fermentation most people use a glass carboy big enough to fit all the beer in.

I found these plastic 30 gallon drums that are said to be food safe and "great for soda and juice" so does this mean they will also be okay to ferment in? I'm just worried about the air permeability. It says the plastic is High Density Polyethylene. I have only been doing 5 gallon batches but...
Could I just buy these: http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=36 and a corny keg and just switch the hoses? If I have the corny setup I wont need to switch to sanke anymore I will just make a couple more keggles
Ok... I have everything I need to fill and carbonate a sanke style keg including all hoses, co2, and everything but I want to keg in a corny instead. So what do I need in order to do this? Can I just switch the hoses from the sanke tap to the corny disconnects?
