This one is for all the guys with knowledge of controller wiring. I recently aquired a Watlow F4D controller that I plan to use for sous vide cooking. Eventually it will be used for electric brewing but thats not gonna happen for a little while. I plan to use the controller to hold temps on...

Because my "Summer's Eve" cleaning solution just isn't getting the smell or all that junk out, I need a new carboy cleaner.

My last carboy cleaner (the wife) ran off with the mail man.
