Comments on my next 10 GAL PM Brown Ale???
Howdy, I am trying to get as close as I can to a (partial mash) Downtown Brown by Lost Coast in Eureka, and add a few adjuncts here & there. To TOP UP or NOT???
Howdy - Ok, dont ask me why or how....but I just plain forgot. 10 gallon batch Dark Lager. I have a 10 gallon batch sitting in 2 - five gallon "secondary" carboys clearing off. My gravitys were a bit high. But I noticed - ahhh -that I forgot to top up to the 5 gallon mark...- Dillwinkle

10 Gallon batches using Blichmann 20 GAL Kettle
Howdy - I have many questions, but I will only offer up a few. I have read a few books - and like anything else -it gets confusing because there are many ways to do things.
