    I made a cider with fresh golden delicious apples. It has cleared up and fermented all the way out. It tastes very nice but smells like ass! Any ideas? Cheers, Rob

    Campden Tablets

    Hello Good Brewers, I've just crushed an @$$load of apples and have 10 gals of juice that I just treated with campden tabs. How long should I wait to pitch my yeast. Does temperature matter when using these tablets? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance. Cheers, Rob
