Ok, I really thought I was getting the hang of this, but I need help. I just transferred my Belgian White into the secondary carboy. There was a thick, brown paste like subastance stuck to the sides of the primary. Does anyone know what that is and if I totally messed up???? Thanks and cheers.

Just stated a Hoegaarden clone. The kit stated that the OG should be around 1.050, however I got mulitple readings from 1.010 to 1.030. Any ideas?

Just did my first homebrew. All is wonderful, except the last 8 bottles, the don't appear to be carbonating. I ran 8 bottles short during bottling and had to wait two days until bottles arrived. So the beer w/ priming sugar sat for 2 days in the secondary fermentor until I got a chance to...
