    I don't know Ear. I've been reading some of the posts and lots of folks here take this to a level I didn't know existed. Shoot...I don't even take OG FG readings...whatever that is.

    2 weeks in the secondary. 3 weeks in the bottles.

    Sup Y'all. Newb from DC here

    Just got back into brewing after 11 yr hiatus. Just decided one day to start up again and found HBT today. Mostly an ale brewer with a bunch of thrown-together stuff from around the house for my equipment.

    Brewers Best India Black Ale

    Opened mine a week ago after a month in bottles. It's good....Real Good! But I did throw a couple of cinnamon sticks in the secondary. Gave it a little kick. I'm a big fan of Palo Santo, and I really think this is better.
