Hello from SC I've decided to try my hand at making home made wine. I'm researching info on making wine and google seems to land me here for the answers, so I decided to join up.

Google I'm researching what I need to get started on making my own wine and searched for "what is the difference between sodium metabisulfite and potassium metabisulfite" and it landed me here. I'm so glad it did, because I've come across alot of useful information.
