I just tapped my keg that I brewed last winter. It has been aging in my frig since I brewed it. So good! I love this beer!!! Perfect for football season and the fall!

King Bri- I forgot the whirlfloc tablet the last 15 of the boil. Do you have any recommendations to help clarity in secondary?

Just kegged my batch today. I agree...really good and tastes like dark chocolate. I was trying to describe the taste and saw someone's post and said "that's it". Good winter beer and should age well. Thanks again for the recipe Tuck. One question though...I think I might've used too much...

Finally was able to enjoy a couple pints of this last night after exercising lots of patience. This is an excellent beer! So good I'm going to brew another batch next week. The aroma, the color and the taste really combine into a beer that I've never experienced before. Hats off to you again...

Just reporting to all that my brew took place last weekend and I was a little stressed when I didn't see fermentation activity for nearly 7 days. Glad to report that today we have lots of activity. King Brian...am I correct that this is a three week primary and a two week secondary? I assume...

Just wondering if you added Irish Moss to the boil in the last 5 minutes to assist with clarity. Looking forward to brewing this and appreciate you posting the recipe!
