Great, does Munich add color at all? Also, Nottingham would be the yeast for these two batches fermented as low as possible for the yeast strain to get it as clean as possible.

I have been trying to extract it, but the regulators metal seems too soft. Its just not working very well. Do they sell these pieces alone? Or do they all come with gauges and connections? :(

The close nipple that connects the two regulators is what broke off into the center piece. Its the piece that has the screw to allow more CO2 in. Its the red piece shown here:

What happens if during lagering, temps rises up to about 50F? I want to start another lager but already have this one fermentation fridge. If I kept temp at 50 for fermenation for the first one, and let it go down to 50 after diacetyl rest instead of lager temps, could I ferment the next lager...

Yes 30-45 mins. And yes it is on a temp probe. My last lager had airlock activity much more frequent than this one. It was a dry Saflager yeast however. This is my first liquid yeast brew, and attempt at a starter.

try Peak Organic Spring Simcoe, if you dont like it, thats why. why not tell us some of the beers that have the flavor you dont like. im not sure i know the flavor of the marigold taste.

I use cluster for bittering, and simcoe seem to be a big fav of mine.

Buddy of mine told me to wrap the end of the autosiphon with grain bag, and rack like that. He got his from the paint department at Home Depot.
