I like cider!

- My parents used to brew all sorts of stuff when I was a kid from blackberries, elder berries and flower, potatoes you name it.
A few years back I built a cider press as that is my chosen tipple. I now live in West Wales and need to get back into brewing cider. I also did my first mead this year, it is dry as hell so have left it to mellow.

It's bloody hard work, day jobs as well as animals. But when you taste that Nepalese Goat and pop the lid on a cider, that all came from your own land it makes it worth it. I think.
