    Bottling with honey for carbonation

    Hello all, My LHBS guy told me that I could bottle with a cup of honey instead of the normal 4 oz of corn sugar for my orange pale ale. I have read elsewhere that honey can give off flavors, take awhile to ferment out, and I don't know what kind of honey to use. Can I just use store honey...

    Can I ferment this at a higher temp, like 74 degrees? Will it throw the taste off if I use a yeast that works well at this temp? Also, I like the idea of a bit of honey in the brew. At what stage in the boil do I add the honey blossom and how much? Thanks
