Got all the grains for this and will brew it tomorrow. For hops I have Willamette and EKG. Any recommendation on which should be for 60 and which should be for 10?
If it gets too warm you can get some fussel alcohol which creates a "hot flavour", iirc.
Check the recommended temps for the yeast strain you plan on using and ferment accordingly.
Did another variation of his. Used 1# of carastan and 2 oz. of roasted barley to get a bit more malt flavour and color.
Centennial at 15 and 10 with Citra and mosaic at 5. Safale 04 for yeast this time.
