    HI, I was thinking... 35 IBU SG 1.048 .5 oz Amarillo 15 min .5 oz Saaz 15 min .5 oz Amarillo 1 min .5 oz Saaz 1 min but open to suggestions. I have a voucher for a White Labs vile so I would like to use that. Thanks.

    Hi peoples, I want to brew an all grain Lager using Amarillo + Saaz. I need a grain bill and a yeast also a hopping schedule. I usually go 95% pils and 5% Carapils but I would like to try something slightly different. Any input would be appreciated. Damian

    Hi Randzor, unfortunately i have already poured it back into the fermentor. As soon as i loosened the caps it starter pouring out. Fingers crossed it is drinkable.

    Just a word of warning, I pitched a big starter to 11 gallons of fresh juice. It was at 1.008 after 5 days. I bottled at 1.008 and after 30 hours I had gushers and had to pour all 100 bottles back into the fermentor. Will aerating the cider whilst pouring it back into the fermentor have any...

    Hi Keith, Magners also goes by the name of Bulmers. By far my favorite cider. The bitterness is very close to beer. Not sure how they manage that.
