did that 2 or 3 times now when i take the flast off the stirplate i use a fridge magnet to hold the stirbar on the side, and have not send a single stirbar in to the carboys yet. Now watch me do it latter on today. :snark:

Why did you not make the ferm/temp/chamber the full bar lenght, are you going to pu in a sink on the left side of it?

I think that would work out very nice, i had a chocolate/pepper rubbed venison steak a few days ago and it was great.
Oddly chocolate goes great with most meats.
