    Not a failure ...just a lesson learned...I made the same mistake on my batch.. but its not really tart..just more of a diluted flavor as stated previously...keep at it ..you will make something you like soon enough.....When in doubt..LET IT AGE!

    As stated in the original post the OG was 1.072. I am not worried at the flavor as much. I will be stopping this from fully fermenting out by pasteurizing. I guess if it fails to produce the flavor I want, I will try again. If it works out well that will be great. I will report what it does...
