Assuming cullensage's 5 gallons brings the total to 9908.5, my 5 gallons of Belgian wit gets to 9913.5.

I brewed a hefe a few weeks ago--my krausen lasted much longer than with any of my other beers. I think the carapils in it (which helps with head retention) is the cause. But I may be completely wrong here.

I got the autumn amber kit--it turned out great. Also, highly recommend "How to Brew" by John Palmer--I read it before I did anything and it was a huge help.
