I started a batch of blackberry jam wine today and the recipe calls for 2 tsp per gallon of acid blend. Im making a 6 gallon batch. I thought I had enough but it turns out I only had 5 teaspoons worth. Can I add it later I should be able to make it to the brew store later this week?
Ok I guess it should be crystal clear. I'll wait a few weeks longer. It's my first brew I guess I'm just an anxious to try it. Thanks for the input guys

Hi all I want to make one of the welches frozen graPe juice recipes but it says 100 percent juice on tHe can but lists the ingredients as graPe juice from concentrate, ascorbic acid and citric acid (for tartness) I know the scorbic os ok but what about the citric acid?

Hi I'm new to this and would like to start with the apfelwein recipe. It says to use a five gallon carboy but I just realized the kit I bought from amazon comes with a 6.5 gallon. Will this work does it need to be filled to the top. Sorry I have been reading alot but have not seen this adressed
