    thanks, more then likely i might get another 2 gallon carboy or something and keep small batches, i like variety over quantity

    I just started fermenting my first batch of a "Mr. Beer" Pale ale and im hooked, and definitely looking to make some good beer, but for the time being going to keep my 2 gallon fermenter
