I know 30 minutes seems a little off but it is correct. I did their Belgian White Ale and it was a 30 minute boil. It resulted in a excellent beer. So definitely follow their directions. :mug:

Be careful with the spices. I just kegged a cider from last fall and it appears that I used way too much cinnamon and mulling spices in it. So on the spice tip, I say less is better cause you can always add more later.

I brewed a ScotchAle and didnt like it much at first so I gave a lot of the batch to friends. Tried it 3months later and thought it was great. Like it so much bought another Scotch ale kit. Plan to wait a while to drink this one and pass judgement. Lesson learned;)
