I recently went to my local recycling center and picked up 60+ bottles! Totally free. Mostly 12oz New Belgium and Sierra Nevada but some 22oz bombers too!...a little oxyclean soak and a run through the DW on sanitize mode with a little bleach and those puppies are like new!
I just started brewing and am a big lover of stout...I'm also a chef by trade and one of my favorite chocolate combos is dark chocolate and lime. Wonder if kaffir lime leaves in the last 10 min of boil would do the trick?
Sam Adams cranberry lambic is pretty damn gross. I've not met anyone who can finish or actually enjoy a 12oz bottle. It's weird cause all other SA are tasty!
