    Now I'm curious. Where did the brewing words and terms come from? Wort, Trub, Mash, Racking cane (sounds painful, if you're a guy), etc. Anyone know? Dennis

    Just did the wort for the first time!

    Brewed on the 6th, bottled on the 14th and I just opened the first bottle on the 21st! I was delightfully surprised at how GOOD this stuff tastes! Beautiful color, nice head, not too cloudy. Good carbonation but not like commercial beer where it can be too carbonated for my tastes...
