About two weeks ago I bottled a second batch of beer and when I pop the top, there seems to be very little carbonation. I used about 1 cup of corn sugar for a five gal batch. Is there anything I can do to rescue both these batches.....??????
The temp was taken in the top three inches of the fermenter with a clean digital thermometer. My concern was deeper down was it too hot. Next are the conditions of aspiration I described (ie..1 inch of foam and bubble timing in airlock) normal?
