    Traveling to Montreal in October

When I was there I couldn't get enough of the Bier Market.. best poutine on the planet in my opinion - And I've had a lot of poutine over the years... I can't even make it is good at home, along with .. 100+ taps.

How many gallons of BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde have been brewed?

    I've done three so far (15gal total - and empty again!). 6149 + 15 = 6164

    Bru Gear Profermenter

I was also looking at their Bru Gear Pro 14 conical fermenter... Seems like no one is talking about their products? Would it fit in a freezer?

    Cost of growler fills

I wish that I could find a decent beer for $4 / pint (not a 12oz "pint"). Most beers are over $5 / pint, often more than 6, normally 8 for a stout... Although Brewsters sells their 64oz growler fills for around $15.. Seems to me that beer prices in Canada are truly outrageous. Cheers!

    Pouring onto yeast cake

I've been considering doing this with my next batch, as my Kolsch is finished fermenting and being racked to a keg while I am brewing a Dusseldorf Altbier. I've never actually just pitched into a dirty fermenter, but often just wash the yeast and fermenter, then pitch the same yeast back in the...

    Homebrewing Needs a Woman's Touch

Hahaha that male privilege checklist is a joke right? Or more feminist dribble? Either way, I was able to laugh the entire way down at how silly it was / wrong it was. Not sure how this site is at all sexist? in fact it seems to be the most helpful, welcoming, and pleasant sites I've ever...

Broken Pin Lock Pin - Will it still work

I recently had an issue with my pin lock gas post, I ended up smushing one of the pins. The I connected it to my co2 system and it was fine. I would at the very least test the seal on the damaged pin lock post before switching it out (I'm assuming nyou already have beer racked into the keg)...

    Cream Ale AG Cream Ale

Just setting up my nitro tap and I recall having a cream ale on nitro a few times at a local pub.. Anyone try this ale on a nitro tap before?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Brewing up my second batch of this right now, my brother and a buddy of mine drank most of the first batch I did in one sitting! Had no centennial, but swapped in cascades for it this time. Should pair nicely with our hot Canadian summer ;)

English Porter Black Pearl Porter (AG)

Oddly enough, I just had an old man winter porter at a local pub.. Was a dead ringer for this beer. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Home Brew mobile app

English Porter Black Pearl Porter (AG)

A buddy and I brewed this in November. Brew day went really well other than my friend's poor judgement as to when it was going to hit a boil while I cleaned some equipment, so one boil over. Hit our numbers pretty close to expected - for my second all grain brew (BIAB w/dunk sparge) I think that...
