The third burner was free so I placed it under the MLT to heat strike water and also have used it to speed up heating the mash to to sparge temps with the pump running.

It's up to you if you want to drill a hole or run it through the door. I drilled a hole, one tip is to take a small finishing nail and hit it with a hammer just hard enough to punch through the skin, then push the nail in and move it from side to side to feel for any coolant line.
Would this work transferring to another Sanke keg? Is this everything I would need, except a Sanke keg, to ferment under pressure?
I've been wanting to try this just been too busy to get it set up.
