Thanks. I think it had a lot to do with the very fresh, juicy ginger I bought from the local market here in Pattaya. I made my first ginger beer a few days ago. Very tasty and lots of fizz.

Hi and good evening to all from Thailand. I have been attempting to make ginger beer. I have started with a ginger bug. It is now 3 days old and bubbling away. But it looks moldy to me. It smells great and even tastes good. What do you think? Is it ok, or moldy?
