I am from Brazil and have had the pure Acai. The taste is earthy, strong, chocolaty. The Acai berry have been described most often as a cross between raspberries and chocolate. (Raaspeberry-Chocolate Stout!?!?! Yummm!!!) My current thought is to add to the secondary on a stout (or a porter)...
