How w many people here are getting the new controller vs the old one? Is it best to wait maybe until the new controller is standard equipment ? Thinking of getting the grainfather but can wait a bit. Thanks!!!

I am in as well. Live in Paramus and have been heading over to Cricket Hill Brewery in Freehold once in a awhile as they have a homebrew club that meets there. Happy to be somewhat closer to home.

Hello all, Just making one of my first batches of cider and had a question or two to see how much trouble I am in... :) I am brewing a batch of UV Pasteurized Cider picked up at the local farm. It was cold when purchased and it was at room temperature for a 3 days when they plastic jugs...

Ordered the keg kit with one pin lock keg. Everything was perfect and the keg was super clean. Had a question and called this eveningand spoke with Todd the owner. Super helpful and i am on my way to kegging. Great service!

Sounds like some great sale items! I was thinking of the same idea as having some slight changes. Was looking for a complete keg solution but wanted to switch to ball lock instead if pin locks. Any idea if you cab just add the difference price wise?

Definately need more brewpubs that brew their own in northern nj. Seems like none in the Paramus NJ area. Was thinking of opening one here as it seems to fill a void.
