    Dry yeast shelf life

    Just wondering if there is a self life for dry yeast. I found a pack in my basement that is five years old.

    Recalibrate Johnson refridgerator controller

    Is there anyway to recalibrate a digital Johnson controller? It reads about 5 degrees too cold. It's an older unit probably about 10 years old. Thanks Closetbrewer

    Need Help - Fermentation Sudden Stop

    Did you pop open the lid a little to see if it's fermenting? Lids on buckets don't always seal tight. It could be fermenting away and just not showing up in the airlock.
