My name is Jessica Shabatura and I am the author of makinghardcider.com. We are getting around 5,000 unique visitors to our site every month (~70% new visitors), with peaks over 8,000 during cider season. Our aim is to make our site the most comprehensive site on home cider making on the web--the average user spends over 5 min on our site per visit! If you are a cider expert (or aspire to be) please give our site a look over and suggest improvements. We really want to be a great resource! We are currently expanding the site to include more video demonstrations, a question and answer forum, and also a whole tutorial on advanced brewing using 5/6gallon carboys.
