    Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer Small Batch Afternoon Wheat

    Based on flavor the heat is definitely there, leaves a good tingle in the mouth and on the lips. I used 3.5 Scorpions with a single gallon, seeds and all. The mango is barely there. Used one whole Mango. Next time will probably use 1.5 to give it a bit more flavor. Turned out real good...

    Modified an Afternoon Wheat to add fruit flavor and heat. Mango/Scorpion Pepper Wheat. Posting in recipe forums.

    Cider just does not seem to be my strong point. I think I'll stick with beer.

    I've made cider twice now. Both times it hasn't come out as sweet as it should. It isn't a matter of sanitation since I religiously conduct the exact same sanitation procedures for everything I make and haven't once, even the first time, had a bad batch of beer. This is one gallon batch...
