    Dry Hopping Schedule

    I really like to dry hop almost every beer. I recently used 1oz Chinook 1 oz Amarillo in a 5gal extract pale ale and it turned out excellent! I usually dry hop for 4-6 days. Usually 10 in primary depending and 4 in secondary on dry hops! I don't know if I am getting the full potential or not...

    Okay, here is my opinion. Break out a shovel and some winter gear for the big AG batches. Mash indoors. Rock the boil on the deck. And rely on your Partial Mashing techniques for indoor stove-top batches. I know the effect moisture plays on your house. I feel it's not worth brewing indoors...

    Golddiggie, I will give PBW a shot. I have to sanitize quite a bit of hardware when doing large batches. PBW stands for?? Thanks.

    Ok, I have been using Iodaphor for sanitizing for years and ALWAYS just used a highly diluted formula of dish soap and water for cleaning. I was told to "try some oxyclean" and had a horrible experience re-cleaning most all of my equipment. (Keggle, corny, lines, tap, valves, etc.) This stuff...
