I'm really scattered and sometimes cannot stick to a schedule to save my life. It's not uncommon for me to "Get ready to brew xxxxx" about 5 times before I actually get the brew started. Sorry to be such a flip-flopper. It's not nearly as bad now that my grain mill is motorized.
