I ferment in 15G poly conicals with tri-clover sight glass- the glass is pretty thick and there isn't any excess pressure in the conical as it is not that tight to begin with, and I have the conical vented through the thermowell going through the lid.

I simply turned my overcharged keg upside down and opened the tap for a minute or so... blew out a lot of foam and then just gas.
turned the keg upright ... tossed one foamy pour and now pours perfect.

If you are using a refractometer for FG the final number needs to be recalculated to get the true FG. I used this calculator

given an OG reading of 1.056 (13.6 Brix) and a final reading of 1.027(6.7Brix) the true FG is 1.0087 and ABV is 6.12%

I sometimes want to brew on the spur of the moment and dry yeast makes that more possible. If T-58 works well enough for high gravity belgian ales I could keep some on hand for a spontaneous brew day.
