I'm currently livin' it up in the best place I know, Fort Collins, CO! (I don't think any of you would complain either, ha!) I've always been interested in basically being an expert on anything that interests me, and as things go, beer came along in these past few years. More importantly though, home brewing came along and it allowed me to be a part of what's inside those bottles and figure out everything from what it is to how it is what it is. (?) Now I'm my own brewery and I can replicate and/or create the infinite spectrum of beers I now know. From the start I brew what interests me and my tastes, but I also take into account season, traditions, and of course, my drinking buddy's tastes as well (I can't drink all this alone! well...) I'm currently quite satisfied brewing with specialty grains and extracts, I can't say at this point I'm interested in moving up to all-grain cause I can't afford it nor know if I have the time to invest in it yet.
