    English ale at 1.054 - bottle after 2 or 3 weeks?

    What was the OG on this one? Did it have a few days of good bubbling? I seem to recall a Belgian I brewed that appeared to stop after 6-7 days but after the yeast was stirred up a bit from racking to secondary it had a 2-3 more days of strong fermentation. - Just a thought

    Chocolate Peanut Butter stout.

    Pumpkin "Gin"?

    This is quite interesting. I wonder if there is a chance a wild yeast wont happen to make it inside the pumpkin though. I may give this a go but maybe I'll drip in a bit of my house yeast just to make sure things get rolling. I also wonder about liquid. Is there really enough water in the wall...

    New b

    Hey Eric Welcome, I am also a newbie to brewing. I started reading as much as I could about a week ago and next thing I know I have a primary fermenter full of a Fat Tire clone and have at least 3 more planned! Happy beer making.

    How long should I let my beer sit in the bottles?

    Nice info Revvy! Any thought on storing the bottles on their sides?? I was loosely following a recipe for a Fat Tire clone and it suggested storing the bottles on their sides??? Never heard of this before…..
