    Welch's Grape Juice Wine

    I have 2 five gallon gallon batches going, racked after 6 weeks and man is it dry. How and when do I fix this. I want it sweet. These are my first 2 batches ever. TIA

    Thanks for the replies............. Both are Reds, they are in a carboy and at the beginning stages. I am not sure what the stages are called. Sorry. I really do not want to just throw them out but need to know if I need to and not waste time. Thanks for the help.
