I think the Brewer Best Kits are pretty good, I have made the Red Ale and IPA a few times each because they turned out well.

What does the OS mean?

So What was the result of the Real Ale. Did it turn out ok, mine started at 1.043 and now is at 1.013 after 4 days I hope it drops a little more before I keg in 6 days.
