I am going to brew my first Belgian Wit. Cant wait to give it a try.

Just looking to see if there are any brew clubs near Bowling Green Ky. I belong to the club in Owensboro, but I am very close to Bowling Green. If there is ever anything going on around there, let me kn, I am very interested.

Just transfered this to the secondary and it is already very clear. Its not going to be long and this is going to be in the keg.

Just brewed this beer, and wow did the fresh lemon zest come alive. My O.G. came in a little low, but that was just because I had to add some water to bring the primary up to where I wanted it. I am not worried about it though, I can always make another one !! I cant wait to give this a try.

Just started a Squeeze My Lemons Summer Blonde and going to do a Sierra Nevada pale ale clone in the morning. Both 5 gallon batches.
