Hey everyone, I looking to buy quick disconnects for my system. What do you guys think are best? The quick disconnects, from more beer, or the snap lock/ cam lock style? The later are defiantly cheaper but which is better, and or easier to use?

What's everybody's thoughts on burners. I'm going to build a brutus type system and have started to buy all the stuff and am not sure if I should go with the cheap jet style burners or spend alittle more on the banjo/hurricane style burners. What's everyones thoughts?

Ever think of instead of the store idea do a homebrew shop next to it. I've been thinking that there needs to be a homwbrew shop in kc on the Missouri side. I think north kc would be an ideal location. What homebrewer wouldn't love a homebrew shop where you can get good beer too.

I'd go with the oatmeal stout. I brewed it a few months ago and it is awsome. All I can say is use rice hulls, it gave me my first stuck mash.
