Been making home brew since 1990. Even took 2nd place at a Minnesota brewfest in 1996. Michael Jackson thought I had cloned Chimay yeast (I considered that a GREAT compliment... I had used Yeast labs A-08 trappist ale yeast which they don't make anymore...bummer.
