At least I'm giving it a shot! You can't get better without failing. Learning from your mistakes is what it takes. So I suppose every batch you made was the best? It must be because you don't offer any advice, you just let everyone know how drunk you are. Probly off store bought beer.
After took off my wort from the boil I forgot to cool it off in ice bath. I poured cold water in to make the five gallons then I pitched my yeast. OS everything going to be ok.
What is a good time or I should say how long should I wait after I bottle before I drink my beer. I hear the longer the better but I think it taste alright after at least a week. Does waiting have something to with appearance, taste, aroma or what?
I'm on my third batch of brew and by the time I get around to bottling it, ( I will be traveling, otherwise I would bottle it after about a week) it will have been in my fermenter for 15 days. Is that to long of a wait? My other 2 brews( Northrim wheat-7 days and Belgian abbey-9 days before...
