I'm new to homebrewing so please ignore my ignorance. I'll be making the all grain version of "Moose Drool" over the next few days. I'm using the recipe out of "Clone Brew" book. the ABV in the recipe is 5.3%. How can I, or what do I need to add to increase the alcohol by volume.:mug:

My first batch is a Hefe....Has a decent taste but seems a little "watery"....Haven't figured out how to fix that yet.....Getting ready to bottle an "extract" kit...It came with all my equipment. Curious how that will turn out.

Does anyone have a tried and true guiness style recipe? I have the book "Clone Brews", and it has a recipe there, but if someone has a good recipe thier willing to share, I'd love to get a couple ideas.:mug:

Made my first extract kit. Followed the directions to a tee. I put the wort in the fermenter at 5pm on Sunday, bubbled great for about 36 hours and stopped. I checked the temp. and it's 72ºF. It is now wed. with the second day on fon activity. Is something wrong? Should I transfer it to...
