Thanks Alot! :mug:
Ok, wasnt as easy as it sounded.

Help!!! How many ounces of concentrate??
Bottling my batches of cider this weekend. I want them carbed, I am planning on using a frozen apple juice concentrate.
How much should I use for each gallon of cider to get a nicer sparkle without freaking out about bottle bombs??
TIA!
I was wondering if someone might be willing to help me out.
I need a label for my Cider that I have prepared for a big football game tailgate coming up. I was hoping to have a grasp on some image editing software and be able to do it myself but with my schedule as of late I havent had the...
I'm preparing for the upcoming football season and am trying to figure out the best way to get my cider from home to parking lot. I saw a Tap System w/ platic bottles that runs off of small co2 cartridges. will that be ok? or should I just stick w/ bottles?
Thanks......

Ok, this is it... I 'm going to do it... No Stopping Me Now!!!
Here's the plan,
2 gallons of Sweet Cider
1 gallon of Apple Juice
2 cans of Frozen Cherry Concentrate
2 lbs. Brown Sugar dissolved in Distilled Water
Distilled Water to bring total in bucket to 5 gallons.
Montrachet Wine...
Thanks for all the great info.
This is exactly what I am looking for. I don't want it to be sugary sweet. Just a good apple bite. The commercial stuff is a little to sweet for me.
Just want to be sure I have this info processed correctly.
I want to backsweeten and bottle carbonate my next batch.
If I have read everything correctly I can use apple concentrate to accomplish both tasks at the same time.
Do I have this right?
Any particular do's or don'ts using this...
If I want good looking labels that won't run or smear while in ice, what labels should I use? Should I have them done professionaly?
Any advice is appreciated.
Heya everyone!
I absolutely love "Hardcore Cider" made by Sam Adams brewing.
I was wondering if there is a recipe out there I could use to closely replicate the wonderful taste.
I am not a cider purist so this may not be a very good tasting cider in the scheme of things but I enjoy it...
